Residential Safe Haven for Youth to Thrive
Our top priority in empowering vulnerable youth is to build the Empower 7 Ranch – a Christ-centered residential community where foster and at-risk youth can heal, belong, and thrive. This visionary community will provide teens and young adults not only with housing, but with family, life skills, and the unwavering love of Jesus. With family-style homes for foster teens and supervised independent living for aged-out foster youth, the Empower 7 Ranch will stand as a beacon of stability and hope for generations to come. This bold vision is being made possible through our Lighting Their Way Campaign — our capital campaign to secure the land, build the Ranch, and light the way for future generations.
Large Ranch Homes — Teens Ages 13-18
Foster youth need stability and guidance to discover purpose and reach their God-given potential.
Each large ranch home will provide family-style living for foster care teens, ages 13 to 18. Approximately 7,500 square feet in size, each home will house up to eight youth with caring house parents who provide awake care 24/7. Thoughful design and décor will ensure these homes feel warm, welcoming, and truly like a family.

Small Cottages — Young Adults Ages 18-24
Aged-out youth need ongoing support to navigate their transition into adulthood with confidence.
Our small cottages will serve young adults, ages 18–24, enrolled in our supervised independent living program. Each 1,000-square-foot cottage will give one youth a stable, dignified home of their own, closely grouped to promote friendship, accountability, and community engagement.
Together We Are Lighting Their Way to a Brighter Future
Our vision is for every youth to flourish with hope, live with purpose, pursue the future God has planned for them, and shine as lights in the world. Empower 7 walks with vulnerable youth today through care, mentoring, and practical support — while building toward the Empower 7 Ranch: a Christ-centered residential community where at-risk youth will find safety, healing, and hope.
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.” Matthew 5:16
