Empower 7 surrounds every youth with care, offering stability, support, and hope through Christ.

If you are a young person in need of support, Empower 7 has two programs designed to walk with you:

  • Neighborhood Watch (ages 13–18) → for teens experiencing foster care or family instability.
  • RootedPath (ages 18–24) → for young adults stepping into independence without stable family support.

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH (13-18)

For teens experiencing foster care or family instability.

Many expenses for teens in the child welfare system are not covered by state support. Neighborhood Watch steps in to bridge those gaps — surrounding youth ages 13–18 with care and resources to move toward a stable, thriving future.

Through Neighborhood Watch, teens can access:

  • Emergency housing or basic needs support
  • Help covering out-of-pocket expenses not met by CPS stipends
  • Mentoring (for select youth)
  • Spiritual care and encouragement

ROOTEDPATH (18-24)

For young adults stepping into independence without stable family support.

RootedPath is a whole-life, faith-centered support pathway for youth ages 18–24 with foster care experience. It bridges the gap between survival and a thriving future — providing stability, direction, and encouragement through integrated care.

Through RootedPath, young adults can access:

  • Housing assistance and emergency support

  • Practical resources and life skills training

  • Faith-based mentoring and guidance

  • Spiritual care and encouragement

Whether it’s a place to sleep, someone to talk to, or a plan for the future — RootedPath makes sure no one walks alone.
