Our mission is to provide strategic life solutions that empower the lives of vulnerable youth—helping them overcome crisis, discover hope in Christ, and step into a purposeful future.
At Empower 7, this mission comes to life in three ways: through programs that transform lives today, through the vision of the Empower 7 Ranch—a safe, Christ-centered home for tomorrow, and through keeping Jesus at the center of everything we do. Together, these goals create a pathway of hope where vulnerable youth can stabilize, heal, and thrive in Christ.
Programs That Transform Lives
At Empower 7, we walk with vulnerable youth through a three-tiered continuum of care — Blessings, Growth, and Launch — tailored to meet their unique needs at every stage. Each tier builds on the last, creating a clear pathway from crisis to growth to independence.
We serve vulnerable youth (ages 13-24) in North Texas—foster teens, aged-out young adults, unaccompanied and homeless youth, and those at risk of entering the child welfare system.

Surrounding Every Youth with Care
Our core programs are reinforced by two wraparound initiatives that weave into every stage of our three-tiered model—Blessings, Growth, and Launch—ensuring care is age-appropriate and holistic.
- Neighborhood Watch (ages 13-18) – For teens experiencing family instability or at risk of removal, Neighborhood Watch provides access to Blessings and Growth services such as emergency housing support, crisis response, mentoring (for select youth), and spiritual care. - RootedPath (ages 18-24) – For young adults transitioning into independence without stable family support, RootedPath provides access to Blessings, Growth, and Launch services—helping them stabilize, build life skills, and prepare for adulthood. The Ranch: Our Vision for the Future
Our next bold step is to build the Empower 7 Ranch: a Christ-centered residential safe haven for vulnerable youth who need a stable place to call home.
This visionary community will offer:
- Family-style ranch homes for foster care teens ages 13–18.
- Supervised cottages for aged-out young adults ages 18–24.
At the Ranch, youth will experience safety, healing, belonging, and preparation for independence. With your support, this vision will move from dream to reality—a beacon of hope for generations to come.

Empower 7’s Love Your Neighbor initiatives activate the community to support Blessings, Growth, and Launch—and to help build the Empower 7 Ranch through the Lighting Their Way Campaign.
By transforming compassion into action, the community becomes a source of hope, healing, and restoration. Together we reflect Christ’s love, affirm each youth’s dignity, and help them move from surviving to thriving.
