EMPOWER 7 LEADERSHIP TEAM

Empower 7’s Leadership Team passionately supports our ministry at Empower 7 through time, talent, treasure, and relationships. The team includes volunteers serving in various leadership roles such as Board Directors, Committee Chairs/Co-Chairs, Event Chairs/Co-Chairs, Team Leads/Co-Leads, and Project Leads/Co-Leads. The primary purpose of the leadership team is to work together as one team to develop and grow our organization, so we can build The Ranch and help vulnerable teens transform themselves into purposeful adults.

Application Process

  • If you are able and willing to commit to our expectations, complete the application webform below.

  • Applicants will receive a response from an Empower 7 Leadership Team member within 7-10 days.

  • If your application is approved, you will be required to complete orientation training.
