Lighting their way campaign
The Lighting Their Way Campaign is Empower 7’s capital campaign to build the Empower 7 Ranch — a Christ-centered residential community where vulnerable youth can heal, grow, and thrive.
Your support will help create a place where at-risk teens can complete their education, learn life skills, pursue higher education, and step confidently into adulthood with Christ as their foundation.

Milestone 1 — Foundation
Laying The Groundwork for Hope.
Everything begins with a strong foundation. Our greatest need in this phase is securing the land for the Empower 7 Ranch and establishing the first core facilities that will make it a true place of safety and healing for vulnerable youth.

Milestone 2 — Community
A Resource for the Whole Community
Beyond being a home for youth, the Empower 7 Ranch will also become a resource for the wider community. This phase builds spaces for meals, recreation, and fellowship—where youth, staff, volunteers, and neighbors can gather in Christ-centered connection.

Milestone 3 — Outreach
Extending Hope Beyond the Ranch
With this phase, the Ranch becomes a hub for outreach and ministry to North Texas. Through worship, events, and outreach gatherings, we will extend the hope of Christ beyond the Ranch gates into the wider region.

Milestone 4 — Extended Learning
Equipping Youth with Skills for Life
From day one, learning is central at the Ranch. Each large home will include a dedicated in-house classroom where youth can receive tutoring, discipleship, and personal growth support in a family-style setting.
Milestone 4 expands this foundation by adding campus-wide facilities for education and vocational training. These spaces will provide room for specialized instruction, hands-on skill development, and extended learning opportunities that prepare youth for independence and long-term success.
