We are honored to announce that Cindy and David Sumrall are the Rancher Sponsor for our upcoming 4th annual Deep In The Heart fundraiser.
Cindy and David Sumrall are a Christian couple who are focused on actively supporting their community and furthering the Kingdom. They live in Rockwall, TX with Cindy’s mother, Donna, their labradoodle, Belle, and have 3 wonderful adult children. Cindy serves many people as a leader through her nursing career and as a Board member of Empower7 to help vulnerable youth. David is a carpenter and is heavily involved with a ministry that helps prisoners and their families. Together they spread the love of Jesus through their time, talents, and treasures, traveling the country to various speaking engagements and events.
About the Deep In The Heart Fundraiser
Each year, thousands of youth leave a life of neglect, abandonment, and trauma to survive on their own. Without basic life-skills or loving support systems, they risk becoming homeless, incarcerated, or disconnected from society. These youth need a chance to overcome their adverse circumstances and develop into responsible, thriving adults.
The statistics surrounding the foster care system are daunting, but we want to focus on the one rather than overwhelm you with the sheer numbers. The one child who you can make a difference in their life today. The one person who you can spend time with and invest in their future. The one young person you know doesn’t have somewhere to spend their holidays. Imagine the difference we could make in our communities if we each took the time to pour into even one of these precious individuals.
You can also help join the fight to help at-risk youth in Texas today by participating in our upcoming annual Deep in the Heart fundraiser. Deep in the Heart guests will enjoy dinner, a silent and live auction of unique items and experiences, live music, and so much more! Grab your boots for a night to remember!
