Yes, Empower 7 provides guidance and support for corporate and group volunteering, helping teams engage in meaningful service projects that benefit North Texas youth and our mission to build The Ranch. We work with groups to coordinate activities, provide training, and ensure every volunteer experience is safe, impactful, and rewarding.
There are several ways to get involved and support the mission. You can attend events, volunteer your time or resources, give financially, or start a project through our Love Your Neighbor initiative. There are opportunities for individuals, families, churches, and businesses to make a meaningful impact.

You can support Empower 7 by donating, volunteering, attending events, or sharing the mission to help youth transitioning out of foster care. Your support helps Empower 7 provide mentorship, resources, and opportunities for young people building independent lives.
You can support Empower 7 by donating online, mailing a check, or giving through non-cash contributions like land, in-kind gifts, services, or planned giving. Every donation is tax-deductible and helps create lasting impact for youth in need.
Empower 7 serves youth ages 13–24 from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Therefore, we’ve thoughtfully designed three program tiers—Blessings, Growth, and Launch—to ensure that we are able to meet each young person where they are through providing essential needs, building resilience, and preparing for independence.
You can support the Empower 7 Ranch mission by giving to the Lighting Their Way Campaign, helping us build a Christ-centered home where foster and at-risk youth can find stability, healing, and purpose. Your support directly helps create safe housing, mentorship, and a lasting community where every young person has the opportunity to thrive.
Empower 7’s mission is to serve vulnerable youth ages 13–24 in North Texas, including foster teens, young adults aging out of care, and youth who are unaccompanied, homeless, or at risk of entering the child welfare system. Through our Blessings, Growth, and Launch programs, we meet urgent needs, build resilience, and equip young adults to move toward independent and a stable futures.
Empower 7 has needs at every level. At the top of our list, we request hygiene items, backpacks, socks, Bibles, and gift cards for non-monetary gifts!
The Empower 7 Ranch is our bold vision for a Christ-centered residential community where youth will find stability, mentorship, and life skills as they prepare for independent adulthood. The Ranch is designed to help address the need for safe, stable housing for youth who do not have a place to call home. Empower 7 is actively working to raise funds and secure land for The Ranch through our capital campaign, Lighting Their Way, to bring The Ranch to life.
Empower 7 offers programs that meet urgent needs, build resilience, and equip North Texas youth to thrive with purpose. This includes support with housing, education, life skills, mentoring, career and college readiness, leadership development, and community engagement.
Faith is an important part of Empower 7’s foundation and story, helping guide values like compassion, mentorship, and service to others. While faith-based principles help shape the organization’s approach, Empower 7 welcomes and supports youth and supporters from all backgrounds.
Empower 7 hosts a variety of events throughout the year that bring the community together to support youth and build awareness. These include fundraising events, community gatherings, and opportunities to connect with and support the mission.

Volunteers at Empower 7 can serve in a variety of roles, from supporting our Prayer Shield team and leading special projects like Project Self-Esteem, to joining committees for The Ranch development, outreach, events, or grant writing. No matter your skills or interests, we would appreciate your help and would love for you to get involved and help empower youth to heal, grow, and thrive.

The Empower 7 Ranch is being funded through the generous donors and supporters of our Lighting Their Way Campaign, helping us to secure the land we need to build stable homes and facilities for our youth. Every contribution goes directly toward creating a safe, faith-centered community where North Texas youth seeking stability, healing, and growth can thrive and prepare for the future.
Empower 7 serves North Texas youth ages 13–24 who are facing instability. This can come in many forms, including young people currently in or aging out of foster care, those experiencing homelessness or living without family support, and teens at risk of entering the child welfare system. Through our Neighborhood Watch and RootedPath initiatives, we provide stability, mentorship, and support for independence. If you know someone in need or want to help, apply or support our programs.
