We Sponsored 16 Youth and Their Families For Christmas This Year
The holiday season is often a time of joy and excitement—but for many, especially the vulnerable youth that we serve at Empower 7, Christmastime can be challenging. Each year, our organization adopts a family in need through our Christmas Blessings Project to help make the holidays a bit easier.
Through the Christmas Blessings Project, we provide financial support, wrapped gifts, items to meet the family’s needs, and more. This year, we sponsored 16 youth and their families. Our Volunteer Team came together to wrap the gifts for the families and make everything as memorable as possible for the recipients.
We gifted $6373 in gifts/grants, including:
- Bibles and devotions
- Stockings
- Toys, games, and sports equipment
- Home goods
- Gift cards
- Grants for emergent family needs
- Grants for car repairs
Get involved with the Christmas Blessings Project in 2024:
- Make a financial donation to our Christmas Blessings fund to support this project
- Donate Walmart, Brookshires, Kroger, or Tom Thumb gift cards, any amount
- Volunteer your time to make the holiday special for these families
- Pray for the teens in need of our services

Empower 7 is a Christian faith-based organization with a mission to provide strategic life solutions to empower the lives of vulnerable youth, so they will discover purpose and reach their full potential despite any inherent challenges that may influence them otherwise.
