OUR NAME
“Empower” represents our mission: to provide strategic life solutions to empower the lives of vulnerable youth.
The number “7” has biblical meaning of “completeness or perfection” and is significant in many of God’s works. Together, “EMPOWER 7” refers to our service delivery model we employ to assure our youth receive the services they need to become purposeful adults. The 7-letter acrostic, E.M.P.O.W.E.R., introduces the progressive levels in our 7-step model:

Our logo is symbolic of the Christian’s Shield of Faith. As we walk by faith, we trust God is our protector and directs our paths. We trust in His Word, protection, provision and care. By raising our shields together, we unite in faith and will not be overcome.
